This course is for new members aged 15+ years looking to join the club. The Bronze Medallion provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to participate in Surf Life Saving patrol operations. This is the core award to be a surf lifesaver in Australia.

Surf Rescue Certificate (SRC)

This course is for junior members aged 13-14 years. The SRC course provides participants with skills and knowledge of surf awareness, aquatic rescue operations and resuscitation to participate in lifesaving operations and act as Water Safety Personnel.

This advanced course equips Bronze Medallion members with the ability to manage life-threatening external bleeding, use airway management devices and leadership skills during resuscitation, and administer oxygen to conscious or unconscious victims.
