Already a Member?

If you are an renewing your membership simply log in to the SLS Hub to renew your existing membership. The SLS Members Hub is where you can renew your membership, view your awards, check your patrol hours, complete your e-learning and more.


If you cannot remember your username or password you can request a password reset by clicking on the '“forgotten username or password” link. Please note this will only send to the email or mobile number listed in your membership profile.

If you do not have an SLS members account, you can create one by clicking the link below.

How to Renew Your Membership

  • 1. Login to your members area

    Login to your SLS Hub using the button below. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one. If you are having trouble logging in, click on ‘forgot Username or Password’ to find your username or reset your password.

  • 2. Renew your membership

    Using the navigation menu, find your membership at North Cottesloe and click ‘renew’. If you are renewing other family members also, click ‘family groups’ and renew each member. If you don’t have a family group, or your family members aren’t visible in your family group, you can use the ‘add member’ or ‘create new family group’ button.

  • 3. Pay your fees

    Follow the prompts and make your payment. Once completed, you’ll receive a receipt to your registered email. If you have any problems, you can contact the office at enquiries@ncslsc.com. Make sure you’re receiving emails from this address so you don’t miss any important information.

Unable to find the answer to your question?

  • If you cannot login to your account, click ‘forgot Username or Password’ to reset your credentials. If you do not have an SLS Hub account, select the link provided on the login page to create an account.

    If you cannot see an option to renew, please contact us at enquiries@ncslsc.com.

    If you are still having trouble, you can visit the SLS Hub User Guide or click ‘Log a Support Ticket’ on the login page.

  • New members are welcome throughout the season.

    For renewing members, renewal and payment needs to be completed by 1 November.

  • Make sure you’ve enrolled in any necessary courses, and if you’re an Active Member, you’ve signed up to a patrol group. Click below for more information.

  • A Leave of Absence Application Form can be completed if you are going to be absent for the season.

    If you are relocating and won’t be back for more than a season, consider changing your membership to an Expatriate membership, by completing the Expatriate Application Form.

    These forms must be completed and approved before your leave of absence, they cannot be applied to your membership retrospectively, so be sure to plan ahead.
