Woodside Nippers is as much about surf skills, as it is about making friends, building confidence and being part of an enduring Australian Tradition.
Little Nippers

Little nippers age groups range from under 6 (U6) to under 9 (U9).

Nipper Membership: $175
Parent Membership: $90
Each nipper must have a parent/guardian join as a member, who is willing to take part or volunteer in some capacity throughout the Nipper Season.
Parent Members may have access to changerooms and general Club facilities but may not have access to the gymnasium or any Club Equipment.
Big Nippers

Big Nippers incorporates children aged in under 10 (U10) to under 13 (U13) age categories. Nippers graduating from the U13 Age Category will progress to the NCSLSC Cadets Program.

Sea Lions Program

Our Award Winning Sea Lions program provides surf safety skills to youth who are less comfortable in the regular Nipper program due to cognitive or physical impairment or disability.
Program leaders come from a range of vocational backgrounds including paediatric health professionals, nurses, teachers and professional lifeguards. We work closely with participants, parents and carers over the 8 week summer course to provide a fun and safe environment where learning, relationship building and a sense of belonging can be achieved.
Places are limited.
2025/26 Season Dates will be announced in October 2025. -
Sea Lions Program participants pay an annual fee of $85.
