PURPOSE
To act in a consultation and advisory role for the Board of Management to give a voice to the views, needs, concerns, values, and ideas of the Club’s younger members to shape the future of the club for the next generation.

The Youth Board was established in recognition of the significant value of having young people's voices represented within the club.

The Youth Board provides further opportunity for the development, mentorship and training of youth leaders.

Members appointed must be:
an outstanding club member with a current Bronze Medallion award (age 15 years minimum).

DEVELOPMENT OF THE VOLUNTEER HUB
The Youth Board has been instrumental in developing a Volunteer Hub downstairs for all of us!
The Youth Board are been active ambassadors for North Cott - reaching out to SLSWA and local surf clubs to share ideas.
