The gym is organized into five rows of equipment and floor spaces from the front window to the back wall. Row “A”: is ergos and bikes: Row “B” is access and floor spaces, lat machine and bench press; Row “C” is Pulley machines, arm press and weights, such as dumbbells and kettle weights; Row”D” is access and floor spaces with chin-up bars, two dead lift weight mats and: Row “E” with mirrors on the back wall is leg press and extension and bar weights.
