You don’t need to be a world class athlete or an ex competitor to enjoy the fellowship and enjoyment of participating in masters sport.
All you need is a few hours a week, a bit of determination and a willingness to get involved.
Training sessions are open to any and all masters oriented persons irrespective of skill and experience. Some sessions are part of our existing junior and senior programs while others are run by masters for masters. Irrespective of discipline, all sessions are great fun and a great way to stay fit. There is no charge to attend any session and if you meet some new and interesting people along the way then that’s free of charge to.
